ICCP.U sectors: energy, oil, gas, subsoil use and ready-to-build projects
If you are entering a Ukrainian energy, extractive or infrastructure project, what you need is not a general presentation of services but a team that works in the language of licences, grid connection conditions, special permits, auctions, data rooms, due diligence and regulatory risks. The ICCP.U practices are built as sector streams with specific tasks for the investor, asset owner, developer or operator.
Energy
If you are working with a solar, wind, distributed or gas generation project, an energy storage system or a cogeneration installation, we help assemble not a "general concept" but a practical project framework: the regulatory model, licences, the contractual framework, grid connection matters, due diligence, regulatory risks and deal documentation. For operating assets we likewise step in on disputes and problems with counterparties, the system operator or the regulator.
Renewables and distributed generation
If you are launching, buying or selling a renewable or distributed generation project, we take on the permitting package, the corporate and land framework, contracts with contractors and suppliers, market-entry matters and pre-deal verification of the asset, both for greenfield projects and for operating facilities with an investor or an operational problem.
BESS
If you need a standalone energy storage facility or a BESS alongside generation, we work with the energy storage licensing model, connection matters, the market model and the documentation for the storage facility operator. This is a distinct area with its own regulatory and contractual logic, not an "add-on to renewables".
Cogeneration
If you are preparing a gas-piston, gas-turbine or other cogeneration installation for an enterprise, a community or an individual site, we take on the project's documentary and regulatory framework: licensing, the fuel model, land and construction matters, the contractual framework and commissioning.
Grid / market / regulation
If your principal risk lies not in the technology but in grid connection, the licence, market status, technical conditions or market rules, we step in as an industry adviser: grid connection, market entry, compliance, guarantees of origin (GoO), licence conditions and relations with the system operator.
Mergers and acquisitions / disputes / compliance
If you are buying or selling an energy asset, entering a project as an investor, or resolving a dispute with the Guaranteed Buyer, the transmission or distribution system operator, a counterparty or the regulator, we handle the due diligence, the corporate documentation, the deal structure, the claims and disputes component and compliance support.

If you work with a subsoil area, a resource asset, a special permit or an oil and gas project, we speak the language of the current subsoil use regime: the grant of a special permit, the auction, extension of validity, amendments, geological information, the subsoil use agreement, and the 3-ГР, 5-ГР, 6-ГР and 7-ГР forms. Precision in terminology has a direct bearing on the quality of the documentation, the timelines and the risk of a dispute.
Special Permits
We support the entire life cycle of a special subsoil permit: preparation of the application and document package for its grant, extension of validity, amendments and re-registration, as well as defending the client's position in cases of suspension, refusal or revocation. Submission and support are conducted, among other channels, through the subsoil user's electronic cabinet.
Geological Audit
We verify the geological information, the licence area's exploration history, reserves and resources, contours and boundaries, reporting and the work programme, preparing a geological and economic assessment for the investment decision, before entering the asset rather than after.
Exploration and production
We support subsoil use agreements, work under production sharing agreements (PSA) and other exploration and production matters, including the oil and gas component: gas transmission, trading and the storage function.
Regulatory Disputes
We defend the client's position in disputes with the State Geological and Subsoil Service, the relevant ministries, local authorities and supervisory institutions, concerning the suspension, revocation, refusal to grant or extend a permit, or other regulatory situations.

We do not confine ourselves to legal text: we bring the documentary component, the geological audit, the geological and economic assessment, industry coordination and the preparation of materials for the investor or transaction together into a single framework.

If you are preparing an industrial, technology, logistics or energy site for the investment stage, we work with ready-to-build logic: the site, rights to the land or facility, the concept, the permitting trajectory, the baseline technical configuration, the company structure, the data room and the deal format. The output the client receives is not an "idea" but a clear investment package.
Greenfield / Brownfield
We prepare both new sites from scratch — land, zoning, grid connection conditions — and the reconstruction or repurposing of existing assets, taking into account existing permits, encumbrances and engineering infrastructure.
Ready-to-Build packages
The output is an investment package: control over the site, a permitting trajectory, a baseline technical configuration, a financial model, a data room and the deal structure, for solar generation, wind power, BESS, cogeneration, industrial and logistics sites, and selected ready-to-build resource projects in the subsoil extraction field.

One sector — several types of tasks
If you come with an industry-specific request, you rarely need just a "lawyer" or just a "financier". What is usually required is a combination: the documentary and regulatory component, transactional logic, an industry understanding of the asset and, in certain cases, digital and operational tools. That is why, from a practice, you move not into a general description of the company but into a specific solution or a discussion of the mandate.
