Legal, financial and industry support for investors and companies in energy, oil, gas and subsoil use projects in Ukraine.

Investment consulting company Paradigma.Ukraine

Legal, financial and industry support for investors and companies in energy, oil, gas and subsoil use projects in Ukraine

Focus: solar and wind generation, energy storage systems (BESS), distributed and gas peaking generation, cogeneration, biomethane, oil and gas, special subsoil permits, auctions, subsoil use agreements (PSA), and ready-to-build industrial and energy projects.

Consulting, investor-side support and investment participation models

Advisory support

For investors, asset owners, operators and companies that need legal, financial, industry and digital solutions in regulated sectors. From deal structuring and due diligence through to the permitting package, contracts, Government Relations (GR) and dispute support.

Investor-side support and support of the investment deal

The company does not sell capital sourcing as a brokerage service. We support an already identified investor, seller or asset: verification of the target, entry structure, deal documentation, coordination of local stakeholders, closing of the transaction and post-closing support.

Investment participation models

In selected cases Paradigma.Ukraine works through minority participation in exchange for expertise and operational management, or assembles a ready-to-build project for subsequent delivery to an investor. Selective private equity cases are considered separately.

One team for law, finance, industry expertise and digital solutions

Sectors

Energy

Comprehensive support for projects in solar and wind generation, energy storage systems (BESS), gas peaking and cogeneration generation, biomethane, biogas and other distributed energy solutions.

    Oil, gas and subsoil use

Comprehensive support for companies and investors in delivering extractive projects and in working with special subsoil permits, geological information, subsoil use agreements and resource assets in the field of oil, gas and subsoil use.

      Infrastructure and ready-to-build projects

Preparation of investment projects to the ready-to-build stage and support of transactions for industrial, technological, logistics and energy sites.

        Projects and investment models

The investment side of Paradigma.Ukraine is not fund or brokerage activity, but selective models of entering a project through expertise, operational management and the creation of a ready-to-build product.

Minority participation in exchange for expertise and operational management (Expertise for Equity)

Appropriate when the investor has capital and an asset, but lacks a full local team for delivery, stabilisation, a crisis turnaround or preparation of the project for the next investment phase.

Ready-to-Build projects for subsequent delivery to an investor

The company either initiates a project itself or works under the mandate of a specific investor. The output is a complete package: control over the site, a permitting trajectory, a baseline technical configuration, a financial model, a data room and the deal structure.

        Selective Private Equity cases

Separately and without front-line emphasis, the company can consider selective private equity projects if they match its sector focus, the level of risk manageability and the potential for value creation.

Why investors and asset owners work with us

One team instead of disconnected contractors

Lawyers, financial advisers, industry experts and digital specialists work within a single mandate.

A focus on energy, oil, gas and subsoil

The company does not spread itself across general "about everything" consulting, but works in sectors with heavy regulation and a high cost of error.

Support not only for greenfield but also for distressed working assets

A relevant scenario for projects where there is already an investor or asset, but regulatory factors, documentary or management issues have arisen.

A strong documentary and regulatory framework

The company helps assemble a full set of documents, permits, contracts, a data room and a negotiating position for an investor's entry or the sale of a ready package.

        Operational management potential

If the investor has no local team, the company can propose an entry model with a management function.

        GR and industry advocacy

When a simple legal answer is not enough to achieve the result, the company reinforces the project with stakeholder communication and regulatory navigation.

        How the work begins

        [01]

        Request screening

The company assesses the sector, the task, the time horizon and the quality of the input data.

        [02]

        Diagnostics

Documents, permitting status, regulatory risks, economics and technical assumptions are reviewed.

        [03]

        Shaping the cooperation model

The format of work is determined: advisory support, investor/transaction support, an investment participation model or a ready-to-build format.

        [04]

        Delivery

A team, a roadmap and a list of deliverables are formed; for certain cases delivery moves into a deeper model — operational management or investment participation.

Note: The company does not operate on a high-volume basis. Requests undergo initial screening.

Discuss an asset, a deal or an investment project

Send a brief description of the situation: sector, asset/project, stage, key issue or request. After an initial review the team will propose a format for diagnostics or a subsequent mandate.
