Paradigma.Ukraine / ICCP.U — an investment-consulting company for energy, oil, gas, subsoil use and ready-to-build projects

Paradigma.Ukraine, operating under the public brand ICCP.U, supports investors, asset owners and companies in projects that call for legal, financial, industry and digital expertise, together with a managed project team assembled for a specific mandate.

The company's focus is energy, including distributed generation, BESS and cogeneration, oil and gas, subsoil use, and industrial and ready-to-build projects. We work where the client needs not general advice but a precisely assembled documentary, regulatory, financial and operational framework.

Who We Are

A single point of accountability for the legal, financial, industry and digital tracks of the project

Paradigma.Ukraine is an investment-consulting company for clients who operate, or plan to operate, in Ukraine in sectors with high regulatory complexity and a high cost of error. Those who come to us include investors, asset owners, sponsors, company executives and project teams that need a single point of accountability for the legal, financial, industry and digital track of a project.

Our focus is not an abstract "investment market" but specific types of mandate: support for energy projects, including the electricity generation licence and BESS regulation; work with special subsoil permits, amendments and extensions of validity; preparation and verification of ready-to-build packages; and investor-side support for projects in transactions that call for due diligence, documentation, local delivery and post-closing support.

When We Are Relevant
An investor is assessing an asset or entry into a project in Ukraine.
An operating asset has issues with the regulator, the permitting framework or documentation.
The project needs to be prepared for the ready-to-build stage.
The investor has an asset and capital, but lacks a full local team for delivery or stabilisation.
Company Model

How we work with mandates

Dominant area

Consulting

The foundation of the Paradigma.Ukraine model is advisory support. We take on mandates in which the client needs legal solutions, financial modelling, industry and technical assessment, a digital/data layer, regulatory navigation, GR or specialised work on distressed situations within a project.

Investor-side

Investor-side project support

We do not act as a broker sourcing capital for clients. Instead, we support an already identified investor, seller, asset team or specific deal: verification of the project or asset, the entry structure, documentation, the permitting roadmap, engagement with stakeholders, local coordination and ongoing support.

Selected Cases

Investment participation models

In selected cases the company may work through minority participation in exchange for expertise and/or operational management. A separate format is ready-to-build packages, either of our own making or custom-built to a specific investor's request. Selective private equity participation is considered only in individual, narrowly chosen cases and is not a front-line service offering of the company.

Honest Boundaries

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell investor sourcing as a standalone brokerage service. Where a mandate requires an investment dimension, this is either support for an already identified investor or deal, an entry model in exchange for expertise, or a ready-to-build package for subsequent delivery.

Team

A system of roles and competencies, not a list of positions

The Paradigma.Ukraine team is built not as a list of job titles but as a system of roles and competencies that come together within a single mandate. The public part of the team shows not only a name and position but also the sector specialisation, the types of projects the specialist works with and the typical tools, from M&A and due diligence to special permits, PSA, grid connection, BESS, ready-to-build documentation and regulatory matters.

Legal and regulatory expertise

Legal and regulatory expertise

Lawyers and advisers who handle transactions, regulatory matters, work with government authorities, permitting procedures, disputes and compliance in the fields of energy, oil, gas and subsoil use.

Financial and investment expertise

Financial and investment expertise

Specialists in financial modelling, unit economics, the data room, transaction support, materials for the investment committee and the preparation of an asset or project for investor review.

Industry and technical expertise

Industry and technical expertise

Specialised experts who assess the site, the resource base, geological information, the logic of the project configuration, technical constraints, launch risks and readiness for an investment decision.

Digital solutions and data

Digital solutions and data

Specialists working with the applied digital layer for energy and subsoil use: smart metering, data handling, the digital geological data room, permit tracking, registry processes, dashboards and management visibility of the project.

Operational management in selected mandates

Operational management in selected mandates

If an investor lacks a full local team, the company can offer a management framework for launching, stabilising or providing crisis support to a project. This is not a mass-market model but a distinct format for specially selected situations.

Project Team

Need a team for a project or an asset?

A project team of lawyers, financial advisers, industry experts and digital specialists is formed for each task. A single mandate can combine several roles at once.
